Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before booking 20TEN DJ.

Do you take song requests on the night?

Absolutely! I always read the room and encourage guest requests. Before the event, we will also collaborate on a playlist to ensure I have all your "must-plays" (and a list of "do-not-plays") ready to go.

How much space do you need to set up?

A standard setup requires roughly 3x2 meters of space, plus access to at least two standard plug sockets. However, my rigs are highly adaptable, so I can fit into tighter spaces like pub corners or small marquees if needed.

Are you fully insured and venue compliant?

Yes. I carry £5,000,000 in Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and all of my equipment is fully insured and regularly maintained to professional standards.

How do we secure our date?

Once we confirm the details of your event, a standard 20% booking fee secures your date in the diary. The remaining balance is typically due 14 days before the event.

Can we arrange a meeting before booking?

Absolutely. I offer free, no-obligation video or phone consultations for all weddings and corporate events. It is a great way for us to chat about your vision and make sure we are the perfect fit for your celebration.

Do you act as the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?

Yes! For full-day wedding packages and corporate awards, I provide professional MC services. I will confidently handle all your key announcements, from introducing the newly weds to guiding guests through the timeline of the evening.

What happens if equipment fails?

I use high-end, industry-standard equipment, but technology can always be unpredictable. I carry backup audio sources, spare cables, and a secondary mixer to every event so the music never stops.
